For handling our property purchase in El Campello, we give Mirjam the best review. Although we had shopped around previously, we planned a trip to make a decision and purchase. Little did we know that as we made an offer on a property we loved, COVID-19 would start to close Spain down. Through that uncertain time, with offices closed and everyday life disrupted, Mirjam was able to maintain clear communication through email and spreadsheets and follow up phone calls and text messages to make sure all was understood. Most remarkably, she was able to finalize our purchase through all the many details, and was a trailblazer in using online technology. Ours was the first purchase she completed using an online bank transfer, and she worked “over & above” to make systems go. The experience of having the “Notaria” transaction completed in protective gloves and masks with ample hand sanitizer was a comfort.
